You can Top-Up your Neon Prepaid MasterCard® using a debit card. Your parent/guardian can also top-up your card using their credit or debit card.
If topping up by credit card, you will be charged 4% of the top-up value.
If topping up by debit card, you will be charged 99p.
The maximum you can top up by debit and credit card is £750 in any 24hr period. Funds will be available instantly.
Please note: You/your parent/guardian must register the credit/debit card details prior to load.
To register details simply; Log in online, click the “Top-up” tab and then click “Top-up now”. Or alternately call 0844 871 5444 to top-up by phone (+44778 1474776 from abroad). Lines are open 9am till 6pm 7 days a week.
