Upgrade Your Card
It’s easy to upgrade the maximum limit on your escape Prepaid MasterCard®. All you need to do to get the ball rolling is send us proof of your address and proof of your identification.
If you have an Escape Prepaid MasterCard with a £650 or £1,650 limit that you purchased in a Phones4U store, you can upgrade to a personalised card with a £3,000 limit for £4.99. This charge does not apply when upgrading a £650 card purchased online.
How to upgrade:
- Calling Customer Care on 0844 871 5444.. Lines are open 9am till 6pm 7 days a week. Calles are charged at 5p per minute from a BT landline.
If you have a £1,650 limit card, the £3,000 card can be ordered with no further ID being required. If you have a £650 limit card, you need to send us a photocopy of photo ID in your name; we can accept images of the following documents:
- The photo page of your passport.
- Your EEA Identity Card
- Your UK photocard driving licence or provisional driving licence including the paper counterpart.
Send these documents or copies to us by post: Escape Card, PO BOX 3753, CHESTER, CH4 9UH or scan them and email them to support@escape-prepaid-card.com
Please indicate that you would like to upgrade to a £3,000 card and be sure to include your account number.
Please ensure you have the £4.99 available on your card. This will not be taken if your card was purchased online.
Your card will be sent to you within 5-7 days, simply activate by retrieving your PIN.
