To Top-Up your Escape Prepaid MasterCard® using your credit/debit card, simply log-in to your card online and select the ‘Top-Up’ Tab. If you register your card with us, top ups will be instant (3 working days on first use). The maximum top up by debit/credit cards is £750 per 24hr period.
Please note: if the registered address on your Credit/Debit card differs from the registered address on your account; you must register your card details with us prior to load. To register please call Customer Care on 0844 871 5444 (+44778 147 4776 from abroad). Lines are open 8am till 6pm 7 days a week and cost 5p per minute from a BT landline.
If topping up using a credit card, a 4% fee applies per top-up. Funds are available instantly once you have registered you card and topped up for the first time.
If topping up with a debit card, a fee of 99p per top-up applies.
Funds loaded via a registered credit or debit card will be available within 24 hours of load.
