Bank Transfer

You can Top-up your Escape Prepaid MasterCard® by transferring funds from any bank account for FREE. Simply go to the ‘Top-Up’ tab once logged in and select ‘Bank Account Details’. Funds are normally available within 3 working days. The maximum you can top up is £2,000 in any 24hr period providing you have not reached your limit on the card).

If you are asked to select which card to top up, choose “Tuxedo Money Solutions Card”

When asked for the details of your card enter;

Account number: 20505412

Sort Code: 20-82-94

Reference <Your 9-Digit account Number>

Don’t forget to put your account number as the reference as this will ensure your money gets allocated promptly and not get returned to you.

Transferring from abroad?

If you’re transferring funds from abroad, your bank may ask you to quote the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Speak to Customer Care if you require further details on this.

When will my money be available?

Funds via BACS transfer are usually available within 3 working days.
