Top-Up Your Mobile Phone
Top-Up your Pay-As-You-Go mobile using your Escape Prepaid MasterCard®.
To Top-Up your Pay-As-You-Go mobile phone from your handset, you must first register your mobile number with us. If you supplied your mobile number to us at the time of purchase your phone will already be registered to your card.
To register your mobile number or update your details please log-in to your card online and select the ‘account holder’ tab.
Please note: currently not available on the O2 network.
To top up your mobile, text the following message to 80246 (or +44 7781 474 776 from abroad)
TOPUP <AMOUNT> <NETWORK CODE> <XXXX>
<XXXX> relates to the last 4 digits of your primary card
<AMOUNT> is the amount of money you would like to transfer, for example £20 would be 20
NETWORK CODE relates to your network supplier. Please see the codes for your network in the list below.
You will then receive a confirmation text from your service provider.
Texts cost 1 standard network rate message.
Please note: for some networks, you will receive a text message containing a code. Simply call your network call centre with this code in order to top up.
Participating networks only. Please ensure you delete your sent message after you have used the service for security reasons.
