Debit/Credit Card
To top-up your Escape Travel Money Prepaid MasterCard® using your credit/debit card, simply log-in to your card online and select the ‘Top-up’ tab. The maximum load via online debit and credit card is £750 per 24hr period.
Please note: if the registered address on your Credit/Debit card differs from the registered address on your account; you must register your card details with us prior to load. To register please call Customer Care on 0844 871 5444 (+44778 147 4776 from abroad). Lines are open 8am till 6pm 7 days a week and cost 5p per minute from a BT landline.
This facility is subject to satisfactory security checks
If topping up using a credit card, a 4% fee applies per top-up
If topping up with a debit card, you will be charged 99p per top-up
When will my money be available?
Funds loaded via Debit and Credit cards are available within 24 hours once you have registered your card or as soon as the security checks have been completed on a first time load. Security checks will take a maximum of 3 working days to complete.
