You can now top-up your mobile phone using your Escape Travel Money Prepaid Mastercard®!
To top-up your Pay As You Go mobile phone from your handset, you must first register your mobile number with us. If you supplied your mobile number to us at the time of purchase your phone will already be registered to your card.
To register your mobile number or update your details please log-in to your card online and select the ‘account holder’ tab.
To top up your mobile, text the following message to 80246 (or +44 7781 474 776 from abroad)
TOPUP <AMOUNT> <NETWORK CODE> <XXXX>
<XXXX> relates to the last 4 digits of your primary card
<AMOUNT> is the amount of money you would like to top up, for example £20 would be 20
You will then receive a confirmation text from your service provider.
Text costs 1 standard network rate message.
Please note: for some networks, you will receive a text message containing a code. Simply call your network call centre.
